ZCC Web Chat – Campaign Embed Test

This page loads the Zoom Contact Center Web SDK using your Campaign embed tag. Your admin-configured Campaign determines which chat flow appears and on which URLs. [1](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/contact-center/web/chat/)

What to expect

• You should see the chat launcher/invitation per your Campaign configuration. [1](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/contact-center/web/chat/)
• If nothing appears, open DevTools → Console and Network for CSP blocks or SDK load errors.

Quick checks

• SDK loaded? Look for a successful network request to zcc-sdk.js.
• Campaign applied? Confirm your Campaign includes this page URL (your w3spaces URL) in its targeting rules. [1](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/contact-center/web/chat/)
• CSP issues? If you see “Refused to load…” errors, loosen CSP temporarily, then tighten.
